Dr Vincent Toy earned his Doctors of Dental Surgery (DDS) in Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) in 2013. He served the government for two years after graduation before venture into private sector. He joined I Care Dental in 2015 and serves in Putra Heights since then. Dr Vincent is an all rounder dentist to serve patients from all perspectives and need. Dr Vincent has spend interest in braces and implants to create beautiful smile from messy teeth and restoring missing tooth. He further horn his braces skill by completing his master orthodontic program in Taiwan under renown international orthodontic speaker Dr Chris Chang. He completed multiple implant programs in Yonsei University, Korea and New York University, USA. Dr Vincent wish to serve his best to his patients by progressively improve his skill and experiences.

Dr Lim Wai Shen received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from MAHSA University with distinction in subjects of Anatomy, Dental Anatomy, Oral Pathology & Oral Medicine, Radiology, Biochemistry and Dental Materials & Equipment. She was also named to the 2013 Dean’s List.
She underwent 2 years of government service in Klinik Pergigian Tanjung Sepat, Selangor and did training in the fields of Oral Surgery and Paediatric Dentistry in Hospital Serdang. She participated in various workshops and courses focussing in endodontics, dental implants, and dental asthetics which include dental veneers.
Dr. Lim is a member of the Malaysian Dental Association (MDA) and is fully registered with the Malaysian Dental Council. In 2023, she completed her Diploma in Clinical Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics, with certification from The City of London Dental School.
She is gentle and caring whilst providing patients holistic treatment in their best interests. She is passionate in all other aspects of dental care, but has taken a deep interest in Aesthetic Dentistry and Oral Surgery.

Dr. Ding Wei Kang received his degree in Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from International Medical University (IMU). He obtained distinction in his clinical years during his undergraduate training in IMU.
He started his career in dentistry by serving the public sector under the Ministry of Health in Klinik Pergigian Seksyen 19, Shah Alam. He also had undergone training in Oral Maxillofacial Surgery and Paediatric Dentistry Departments in Hospital Shah Alam.
At present, Dr. Ding has completed the Comprehensive Orthodontic Course and is also a certified Invisalign® Provider. He stays updated with the latest developments in dentistry and related fields by actively engaging in dental conferences and ongoing education. His involvement with the Malaysian Dental Council and Malaysian Dental Association underscores his commitment to upholding top standards in dental care and professionalism.
Dr. Ding prioritizes patient education to ensure good understanding of oral health which leads to an improved quality of life. He believes that when the negligence stops, the drilling stops.

Dr Khoo Su Ee, also known as Dr Mac, is an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon committed to delivering precise and compassionate care for conditions affecting the mouth, jaws, and face. His expertise includes dentoalveolar surgery (wisdom tooth, dental implants, sinus lift and ridge augmentation), oral pathology, orthognathic surgery, maxillofacial trauma, and the management of TMJ and salivary gland disorders.
Trained at the University of Malaya, with additional clinical attachments in China and Spain, Dr Mac has further enhanced his skills through advanced courses locally and abroad. He has contributed to publications and has been invited to share his knowledge at local study clubs.
An active member of MAOMS and ITI, Dr Mac has served in major hospitals across Ipoh, Shah Alam, and Seremban, and currently practises at Hospital Seberang Jaya and Hospital Bukit Mertajam. Combining international experience with a patient-centred approach, he is dedicated to providing safe, thoughtful, and high-quality surgical care.

Dr. June Tan is a Periodontist registered with the Malaysian Dental Council. She graduated with Distinction in Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) in year 2011. She acquired her Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (MFDS RCSEd) in year 2012. Subsequently, she completed her Specialist training in Periodontology, Doctor of Clinical Dentistry (DClinDent) with a Distinction from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) in 2020. She is also a member of Malaysian Society of Periodontology (MSP) and International Team for Implantology (ITI).
Dr. June is practicing as a visiting specialist at several clinic branches under Icare Dental Group. She provides advanced care in gum disease, esthetic gum surgery, gum recession coverage, laser dentistry, bone grafting and combined cases for orthodontics and endodontics. She is gentle, caring and passionate in delivering the best treatment for her patients.
